Why become a 'Friend of Shiva Health'?
Shiva Health has been established since 2004 offering Yoga & Thai
yoga massage and is well-known in Kingston and surrounding areas. As part
of Abhijeeta’s vision, it was expanded in September 2006 with the
opening of ‘Shiva Health – Yoga & Holistic Living Centre’
in the heart of Kingston-upon-Thames.
Shiva Health is a relaxing, warm, welcoming space where a community of like-minded
therapists and teachers work together to help the local community find inner-balance
& harmony in all areas of their life. Shiva Health promotes complete
health and wellbeing through yoga, holistic therapies, courses & workshops
which nurture mind, body & soul. Shiva Health has a well established
reputation and many links in the community:
• Kingston’s only yoga & holistic living centre, situated
in the quirky & unique Old London Road - right in the heart of town!

• Over 200 email readership (& growing all the time!)
• Group & 1-2-1 yoga classes, yoga retreats & workshops –
small, personalised classes at all levels, in various disciplines, including
pregnancy yoga

we personally experience each and every therapy, class or workshop to ensure
that clients are in the best hands

Our vision is based on the strength of ‘community spirit’. By creating a community of small businesses, 'Friends of Shiva Health’ can support each other and therey achieve growth & success in all areas.
How do we choose our ‘Friends’?
Small businesses are chosen through recommendation and personal experience. Our aim is to link with small businesses like ourselves who care, and who offer individual and personal services to the local community. Businesses will also have a proven track record and offer a high level of customer service, products and commitment to the community.
What do you need to do become a 'Friend of Shiva Health'?
• Offer Shiva Health members a discount – for example, 5%
or 10% off.
• Attend monthly networking get-togethers
• Look after our members, offering a high quality of service.
• Display our ‘Shiva Health Community’ Membership and
general leaflets in your place of business and recommend our membership
scheme to your customers and friends.
