We will cover birth positions, breathing techniques, movement for energy and to pain relief, go deeper with meditation and sounds and experience visualisation & deep relaxation techniques. 'Blissful bonding' ~ Post-natal workshop, 10am - 3pm A gentle and informal workshop for mums & babies. Enjoy asanas that strengthen your entire body. There will be a focus on energising the body, toning the abdominals and pelvic floor, working with sacred sounds and songs, meditation and relaxation. As the class will be more informal than a regular yoga class, there will be room for a chat, sharing experiences and feeding.
