Beginner's meditation classes based on Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s book Transform Your Life. Each class includes guided meditation, a talk and discussion. These weekly evening classes offer the Buddhist approach to a peaceful and positive life. You are welcome to come along to any or all of them, whenever you can.
Meditation can help you to:
Four week course card £20, five week course card £25, six week course card £30. If you cannot attend the whole course, you can carry over the amount remaining on your course card to a future course.
Drop-in £7 per class. Although the classes are arranged as short courses, you are welcome to join any of the classes at any time.
